Organizational matters for participants

REGISTRATION

IMPORTANT! Only the participants who paid 100% of the fee are allowed to register.

Upon arrival to the exhibition please register at the organizers’ stall first of all. You will be given a participant’s package including badges and expo map.

STALLS AND EQUIPMENT

Participants are not allowed to place the equipment outside of their exhibition space. A stall may be dismounted only after 17.00 of the last exhibition day.
After the closing of the exhibition all equipment should be submitted to the organizers in its original condition. In case of loss or damaging of the rented equipment the Participant shall reimburse such loss or damage.

MEALS

A buffet will work in the exhibition center for participants and visitors. Administration of the Expo center and exhibition organizers strongly recommend to abstain from bringing and consuming alcoholic drinks.

SECURITY

The organizers ensure the exhibition security at night time

  • 8.10.2015 – from 21.00 to 9.00
  • 9.10.2015 ‒ from 18.00 to 9.00

From the moment of opening and till closing of the exhibition the participants shall be responsible for safeguarding of their products themselves. Individual security services for the stall may be ordered upon separate request.
Advice: please carry very valuable and small items with you.

DISTRIBUTION OF ADVERTISING MATERIALS AND PROMO EVENTS

It is prohibited to distribute advertising materials of the companies which do not directly participate in the exhibition. Additional advertising actions and events within the framework of the exhibition shall be provided upon prior request and approved with the project PR manager Iryna Holub.

TRADE

Volunteers’ Military Industry Expo is an exhibition. Thus, we strongly advise and recommend to avoid placing price tags on your products.
