Participation options and fees


The cost of services for ALL CATEGORIES includes:

  • night security and expo hall cleaning
  • information posting in the electronic catalogue (a separate page)
  • information posting on the organizers' website
  • announces of the participants on the FB page (provided to participants)
  • possibility to distribute promo materials at the participant's stalls and on the special promo stall near the entrance
  • participant badges
  • interpretation services
  • possibility to hold a training or a workshop in the conference hall, 40 sq.m. (up to 30 persons).

Loyalty program:

  • all participants of the 1-st and 2-nd Volunteers' Military Industry Expo and the new participants who pay before 1.09.2015 get a 10% discount.

List and cost of additional services:

  • equipment and furniture according to the developer's price list (a separate file)
  • additional badges, UAH 10 each
  • promo event at the scene (including sound equipment, screen, projector and moderation) – UAH 250 per up to 30 min.
  • printed catalogue, А-5 hardcover– UAH 100.

Minimal space for А-С categories is– 4 sq.m.
The payment is made in Ukrainian hryvnias. Organizer is a non-profitable civil society organization not being a taxpayer.
